Key Responsibilities·Deliver and exceed annual sales order and revenue targets for the Australian local market, covering energy storage and microgrid project portfolios.
·Build and scale a local Australian sales team from the ground up, end-to-end responsible for local sales talent recruitment, onboarding training, performance motivation and daily team management in compliance with Australian workplace regulations.
·Develop data-driven local sales and market strategies, decompose team sales KPIs, supervise full-cycle implementation, and drive consistent team sales performance and market competitiveness across Australia.
·Lead front-end business development independently, acquire current commercial & industrial (C&I;) clients and strategic industry partners, manage key account relationships, and provide professional sales negotiation and project delivery guidance for the local team.
·Conduct in-depth Australian renewable energy market research, monitor local competitor dynamics (energy storage system vendors, microgrid solution providers), analyse industry policies, grid connection rules and subsidy schemes (STC/LGC), and submit localised product optimisation and market expansion strategies to the global/headquarters team.




·Prepare regular sales forecasting reports, team performance reviews, and Australian market trend updates, ensuring transparent and timely communication with headquarters.
·Bachelor's degree or above; Engineering, Electrical or Renewable Energy related background is highly preferred.
·Familiar with Australian energy market rules, grid connection standards, C&I; energy demand scenarios, and renewable energy subsidy policies (STC, LGC, VEEC).
·Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, capable of independent business negotiation and cross-cultural team collaboration.Job Requirements·Minimum 5 years of Australia local sales experience in battery energy storage systems (BESS) and microgrid EPC/project sales, with proven local project development and client delivery track records.
·Proven experience in local team building, KPI management and channel development in the Australian renewable energy industry.
·Strong market insight, business development capability and pressure tolerance, with mature local client and channel resources is a significant plus.
