Business Systems Lead
to provide
strategic leadership and operational oversight of Avivo's core business systems
portfolio, ensuring technology continues to enable exceptional outcomes for the
people, families and communities we support.

About the Role
Reporting to the Technology Transformation
Lead, you will be responsible for the strategic direction, governance, operations
and continuous improvement of Avivo's business systems landscape.
You will act
as the critical link between business stakeholders, vendors, technology teams
and project resources to ensure systems remain reliable, secure, integrated and
aligned to Avivo's priorities.
You will work closely with leaders and
stakeholders across Avivo to develop systems roadmaps, oversee
delivery of improvements, manage operational support and drive initiatives that
improve efficiency, user experience, data quality and organizational
capability.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver strategic roadmaps for Avivo's core
business systems aligned to Avivo's priorities and compliance
requirements
Work closely with vendors and the business to identify




opportunities to improve system capability, automate manual processes, improve
data quality and enhance user experience
Ensure effective day-to-day operation of business systems
Work closely with infrastructure, cyber security, help desk and
vendor partners to ensure reliable and secure systems operations
Lead, coach and support team members involved in systems
administration, support, analysis, testing and continuous improvement
initiatives
Evaluate vendor proposals and provide recommendations balancing
value, risk, feasibility and business alignment
About You
You are a practical and customer-focused
systems leader who enjoys partnering with stakeholders to solve business
challenges and deliver meaningful outcomes.
You combine strong enterprise
systems management experience with excellent leadership, communication and
relationship-building skills with a practical understanding of how business
systems support service delivery, workforce processes, compliance and
organizational performance.
You will bring:
Qualifications in Information Technology, Business Systems,
Computer Science or a related discipline or equivalent experience




Demonstrated experience managing SaaS-based enterprise systems
in a complex organizational environment
Demonstrated ability to build productive relationships with
business stakeholders, vendors and technology partners
Experience translating business challenges into practical
technology solutions that deliver measurable value
Proven ability to develop systems roadmaps and deliver
business-aligned improvement initiatives while overseeing operational
support, incident management, system administration and data quality
initiatives
Strong understanding of systems governance, cyber security,
privacy, access management and change control practices
