About the Role
As an Approvals & Construction Consultant, you'll play a vital role in supporting the progression of our clients' homes from pre-construction through to handover.
You'll coordinate statutory approvals, work closely with internal departments, and provide an outstanding customer experience throughout the building process.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate Planning, Building Code (BCA), Building Permit and Developer approvals.
Maintain regular communication with clients, ensuring they're informed throughout the approvals and construction process.
Liaise with Sales Consultants, Site Supervisors and internal departments to ensure projects progress smoothly.
Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and approvals records.




Assist with general administration duties and provide reception support when required.
Coordinate client handovers, including the preparation of warranty documentation, keys and handover packs.
About You
We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organised, and passionate about delivering excellent client experiences.
For the Prestart Consultant role:
To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
Previous experience (minimum 12 months) within the residential project home building industry.
A solid understanding of residential construction documentation, including building plans, contracts, addenda and variations.
Strong organisational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A proactive, positive attitude and a genuine commitment to customer service.
The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn internal systems.
Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
