Central Support Team – Client Services & Operations
professional to join our growing team.
This role is at the centre of our operations, providing critical support to our national adviser network and internal stakeholders.
You will play a key role in ensuring operational processes run efficiently, adviser transitions are managed seamlessly, and exceptional service standards are maintained across the business.

Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive operational and administrative support to the Central Support Team.
Process adviser and stakeholder requests in a timely, professional, and accurate manner.
Manage end-to-end adviser onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth and compliant transitions.
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to support business operations and adviser engagement.
Assist with the implementation and continuous improvement of the licensee's risk management framework.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and service delivery.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in a client services, operations, administration, or support role, preferably within financial services, banking, wealth management, or a related industry.
Excellent organisational and time management skills,



with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and the confidence to engage professionally with a broad range of stakeholders.
A high level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
