We're looking for a motivated and hands-on
Assistant Store Manager
to join our growing Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) business.
This is a leadership role where you'll work alongside your team every day—not behind a desk.
You'll coach, support and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and maintain outstanding operational standards.
Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day success of the business while developing your leadership skills for future career progression.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day operation of the store.
Lead, coach and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
Drive sales through suggestive selling and customer engagement.
Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness and store presentation.
Assist with rostering, stock control and inventory management.
Train and develop team members to achieve company standards.
Ensure operational procedures, policies and compliance requirements are met.
Professionally manage customer feedback and resolve issues.
Assist in achieving sales, labour and operational KPI targets.
About You




Previous leadership experience in hospitality, retail or a Quick Service Restaurant environment.
A hands-on leader who enjoys working alongside their team.
Passionate about customer service and developing people.
Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
