Busy Northern Beaches roofing company is seeking another Leading Hand to join our team in Brookvale. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible installing and metal roofing systems. As a key member of our skilled trades team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality roofing solutions to our residential clients and high end builders .

What You’ll Be Doing

Manage a Small Team: Lead a productive crew on-site, ensuring jobs run smoothly, safely, and on time.
Install Roof Sheets: Lay and fix long-run, corrugated,



and standing seam roof sheets across diverse projects.
Install High-Standard Flashings: Fabricate and fit custom flashings, capping, and barges to a flawless finish.
Fit Rainwater Goods: Install fascia, guttering, and downpipes with perfect fall and drainage alignment.
Maintain High Attention to Detail: Keep quality control tight across all areas, from watertight seals to crisp screw lines.

Bonus Cladding Projects: Utilise your architectural cladding experience on high-end facade and wall-panel installs.

What we are Looking For

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in all aspects of metal roofing, including leadership of a team.

Strong practical skills in measuring, cutting, and installing various metal roofing materials.

Commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship with a keen attention to detail.

Candidates must reside locally in Australia.

A valid driver's license is essential.

A positive attitude and a solid work ethic are required.

Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Current construction industry safety certifications, such as the White Card, are mandatory
