Your Responsibilities

- Lead restaurant operations to ensure exceptional end-to-end guest experiences.
- Oversee day-to-day service and drive strategic operational excellence.
- Recruit, train, mentor and inspire a high-performing operations team.
- Support and develop proposals for activations and non-event-based initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with internal departments and external partners.
- Manage labour and restaurant forecasting, rosters and operational budgets.
- Champion Lua's culture, service philosophy and commitment to excellence.

What are we looking for?

A natural leader ready to step into a career-defining role within a growing, future‐focused hospitality group. You thrive in a hands‐on environment, embrace process improvement and love representing restaurant leadership directly to guests.

- Minimum 3 years' management experience in a similar role (Restaurant Manager, Operations Manager, Assistant Manager or Senior Operations).
- Strong leadership qualities – organised, flexible, a great coach and communicator.




- A genuine love of hospitality, dining trends, service delivery and team development.
- Proven success building, training and engaging service teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Exposure to budgeting and financial controls.
- A results-driven mindset with a /"hands-on/", can-do attitude.
