Lead the flex workspace experience for one of Australia's largest institutional investors | Melbourne CBD

- Own the day-to-day operations of a premium flex workspace in Melbourne CBD
- Build direct relationships with IFM Investors, one of Australia's most recognised institutional asset managers

CBRE is looking for a Workspace Experience Manager to lead operations at our Flex by IFM Investors location in Melbourne CBD. You will be the face of the space: the person tenants and guests turn to, the one who keeps every detail in order, and the driving force behind a workplace that feels effortless to use.

In this role, you will:

- Manage daily operations including bookings, enquiries, room set-up, AV, tech support and catering
- Conduct regular facility inspections and coordinate maintenance as required
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all tenants and guests
- Maintain accurate records across bookings, contracts and invoicing
- Support marketing and business development initiatives to grow occupancy
- Assist with reporting, budgeting and financial tracking
- Contribute to precinct events, community activities and out-of-hours client bookings as required

About You

- 5 or more years in property, coworking, hospitality or workspace management
