Redevelopment Change Manager

About the role
The Redevelopment Change Manager will lead and manage the delivery of change management strategies to support service readiness in new/redeveloped facilities, manage a small team in facility operational commissioning, and provide strategic coordination across key health service redevelopments, to achieve optimum project outcomes and benefits.
The successful applicant will demonstrate strong leadership in change management, operational commissioning, and service readiness for new and redeveloped healthcare facilities. You will have the capability to lead and develop teams, coordinate complex health service redevelopment initiatives, build effective stakeholder relationships, and provide strategic advice to deliver successful project outcomes and realise organisational advantages.
This is a temporary part time position, hybrid working workplace with the location negotiable within Western NSW Local Health District. There is travel required to Blayney and Forbes.
The position sits within Planning and Redevelopments team within the Strategic Reform Planning and Partnerships directorate.
