The Role
The Contract Logistics Manager is the critical link between OTR, our suppliers, and our 3PL partners – ensuring seamless inbound and outbound operations, high inventory accuracy, and consistent service delivery across our national network.

You Will Provide

End-to-end coordination between suppliers, warehouse (3PL), and stores to ensure efficient product flow
Oversight of inbound deliveries, ensuring supplier compliance with service level agreements
Management of 3PL performance, driving accountability, service improvements, and operational excellence
Inventory control including cycle counts, stocktakes, shrinkage reduction, and damaged stock management
Ongoing audit activity across safety, compliance, and supply chain processes
Analysis of logistics performance metrics, identifying trends and driving continuous improvement initiatives
Review and reconciliation of warehouse costs, rate cards, and invoicing accuracy
Optimisation of delivery routes and inbound scheduling for efficiency and cost effectiveness
Strong stakeholder engagement across suppliers, internal teams,



and logistics partners

Ownership of reverse logistics processes and issue resolution across the network

About You

Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations, ideally within a 3PL environment
Strong understanding of inventory management, warehouse processes, and distribution networks
Experience managing third‑party logistics providers and driving performance outcomes
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and implement improvements
High attention to detail with strong auditing and compliance experience
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple business levels

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment with a proactive, solutions‑focused approach
