About the role

We're looking for a Machine Operator to join our team at our Hobart site.

You'll be operating factory machinery to produce steel products, keeping equipment running safely, and working as part of a solid production team. This is a full time role, Monday to Friday morning shift - 0600 to 1406..

What you'll be doing

- Set up and run production machines
- Keep an eye on machines and fix minor issues
- Carry out basic maintenance and troubleshooting
- Make sure production targets are met safely
- Follow safety rules and site procedures at all times




- Work as part of a team to get the job done

What we're looking for

- Strong safety focus and good work ethic
- Reliable and happy to work the morning shift - Shift times = 0600-1406
- Manufacturing, production, or hands-on labour experience
- Able to do manual work and lift safely
- Forklift licence is essential
- Able to work on your own and in a team
