Kingaroy Hospital is seeking a Registered Midwife to join the Birth Suite team on a four-week contract from 31 August to 27 September 2026. Based in Queensland, this role offers an prospect to work in a dedicated maternity setting with a competitive remuneration package of AUD58.95 to AUD76.20 per hour. The successful candidate will work up to 80 hours per fortnight and contribute to the delivery of quality maternity care in a supportive clinical environment.

Preferred Requirements
- Current registration as a Midwife with the relevant regulatory body
- Demonstrated midwifery experience in a hospital or clinical setting
- Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation certification or willingness to obtain it
- Competence in fetal surveillance education and monitoring
- Team Leader experience or demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Midwifery or equivalent qualification recognised by the regulatory authority
- Current Advanced Life Support (ALS) or equivalent resuscitation certification
- Fetal Surveillance Education qualification or equivalent training
