We are looking for a Concierge Assistant Manager who brings warmth, curiosity and a genuine love of the Gold Coast to every guest interaction. Someone who notices the details, reads the moment and knows how to turn a simple recommendation into a memorable experience.

From the first morning arrivals to local discoveries, restaurant recommendations and thoughtful guest requests, you will help guests experience the destination through a distinctly Andaz lens.

What you’ll do

As our Concierge Assistant Manager, you will:

- Welcome guests with warmth, confidence and personality
- Create seamless arrival and departure experiences
- Share thoughtful, locally inspired recommendations across dining, culture, beaches, shopping and experiences
- Assist with restaurant reservations, transport, activities and special requests
- Anticipate guest needs and create personalised moments throughout their stay
- Build strong relationships with local venues, operators and experience partners
- Work closely with Front Office, Guest Services and other hotel colleagues to ensure every guest journey feels effortless
- Stay curious about what is happening across the Gold Coast and continually discover new places worth sharing

Qualifications

About you

You are naturally welcoming,



calm and intuitive. You enjoy meeting people, asking the right questions and finding the perfect recommendation rather than simply offering the obvious one.

You will bring:

- Previous experience in luxury hospitality, concierge, front office or guest services
- Robust knowledge of the Gold Coast, or a genuine passion for discovering it
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence handling multiple guest requests while maintaining attention to detail
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Flexibility to work morning shifts, weekends and public holidays
- A genuine desire to create experiences guests will remember
- Already have ongoing working rights for Australia – no sponsorship can be offered
