We are seeking a ANUM who thrives on providing support to junior members of our nursing team.
With your sound knowledge of best practices, you coordinate the delivery of evidence-based nursing care.
Under your mentorship, the team uses a high standard of clinical and patient care.
You will be supported and empowered to identify risks, create improvement strategies and bring about change.Your day will include supervising and mentoring staff and students in PACU stage 1 and 2 and contributing to quality management though auditing and implementing quality improvement plans with some clinical nursing every day.About UsMonash House Private Hospital (MHPH) is a purpose-built private hospital facility going through unprecedented growth.
