We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Architectural Draftsperson to support our continued growth.The RoleYou will support the planning, design, documentation, and delivery of residential and mixed-use projects.
Working alongside our design, pre-construction, and construction teams, you will coordinate technical drawings and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed architectural plans, elevations, sections, and construction documentation.Integrate structural, civil, and consultant documentation,



ensuring accuracy and constructability.Assist with the preparation of documentation for planning and building approvals.Identify design inconsistencies and maintain accurate drawing registers and revision records.Liaise with project managers, estimators, and external consultants to resolve technical issues and maintain design standards.Skills and ExperienceDegree in Architectural Drafting, Building Design, or Architecture.5+ years of relevant experience, ideally in residential construction or property development.Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or ArchiCAD.Sound knowledge of the National Construction Code and Australian Standards.Strong organizational, communication, and document control skills.What We OfferPermanent, full time position in a team-oriented setting.Exposure to a wide range of residential and urban projects.Opportunities for professional development and career growth.Pay: $85, – $95, per yearWork Location: In person
