We are seeking an experienced Function Manager to take ownership of event planning and delivery while building strong client relationships and leading operational teams.This role suits someone who thrives in a rapid-paced environment, enjoys working with clients, and takes pride in delivering events that run seamlessly.The RoleYou will manage the full lifecycle of events — from initial enquiry through to execution on the day — ensuring each function is delivered professionally and exceeds client expectations.Working closely with chefs, operations teams, suppliers, and clients, you will coordinate all elements of the event while maintaining explicit communication and solid attention to detail.This is a hands-on position,
