We offer apprenticeship, recruitment and inclusive employment services.We are seeking a motivated Parks & Gardens Apprentice to join our client in a full-time traineeship prospect.This role is ideal for someone who has a genuine interest in horticulture, arboriculture and environmental management and is eager to build practical skills while working in the outdoors.Duties may include:Assisting with general parks and gardens maintenanceLearning to recognise cultivated plants and cultural requirementsMaintaining hard and soft landscapesOperating and carrying various tools and machinery, including ride-on mowers and park irrigation systemsFollowing safe work practicesDevelopment of individual skills and knowledgeAssisting team members and contractors to complete set tasksAbout YouThe successful candidate will demonstrate:Genuine interest in horticulture and environmental practicesStrong personal work ethicAdaptability and flexibilityA willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditionsActive participation within a team environmentHigh levels of accountability, ethics,
