Grand Central Hotel in Brisbane CBD is seeking a passionate Head Chef to lead our busy pub kitchen, delivering high quality pub dining seven days a week.
You will drive daily specials, seasonal promotions and function menus, and work closely with the Venue Manager and Head Office to shape the venue's food program.You will mentor and develop a motivated kitchen team, maintain food safety and cost controls, and cultivate a positive, team-oriented kitchen culture.
