No sponsorship available.About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery across enterprise-scale data, cloud, and digital transformation initiatives.
You will coach Agile teams, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove delivery impediments, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Agile delivery using Scrum, Kanban, and Protected methodologies.Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.Coach teams to improve Agile maturity and delivery excellence.Track Agile metrics, team velocity, sprint predictability, and delivery performance.Remove blockers and manage dependencies across cross-functional teams.Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Business Stakeholders.Drive continuous improvement and foster a high-performing Agile culture.Ensure transparency through effective reporting using Jira, Confluence,



and Azure DevOps.Required Skills & Experience8–12+ years of IT experience with robust Scrum Master / Agile Delivery expertise.Proven experience delivering enterprise data, cloud, or digital transformation programs.Experience managing cross-functional and globally distributed Agile teams.Strong expertise in Scrum, Kanban, Secure Agile, Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.Good understanding of Agile metrics, reporting, and delivery governance.Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), data pipelines, ETL/ELT, data warehousing, Databricks, and Power BI is preferred.Knowledge of Data Governance and DAMA principles is an advantage.Excellent stakeholder management, coaching, facilitation, and communication skills.Preferred QualificationsCertified Scrum Master (PSM or CSM) – MandatorySAFe Certification – PreferredAWS/Azure Cloud Certifications – DesirablePRINCE2 or AgilePM Certification – Nice to have
