You'll work as part of a busy kitchen team to ensure every plate made with love and served with pride.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and specificationsSet up and stock stations with necessary suppliesMaintain a clean and organised workstationEnsure food safety and hygiene standards are always followedWork collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth serviceCommunicate effectively with front-of-house and back-of-house staffAssist with inventory, prep, and daily cleaning as neededRequirements:Previous experience with Italian cuisine preferred,



including fresh pasta and woodfire pizza oven experienceSolid understanding of kitchen operations and food safetyGood knife skills and attention to detailAbility to work in a quick-paced environment under pressureTeam player with a solid work ethic and reliabilityAvailability to work over a 7-day rotating roster; including weekdays, weekends and public holidaysWhether you're in the kitchen or on the floor, you'll work with passionate people in a warm, supportive and welcoming workplace.
