Work closely with the Dealer Principal to ensure the successful operation of the service departmentManage all day to day operations in a busy workshopEnsure workshop is operating at optimum capacity and KPI's are achievedLiaise with the Parts Manager to ensure timelines are metProvide best possible customer service at all times whilst leading a team of technicians.About you: Experienced Service Manager or Advisor in automotive or motorcycles.Exceptional customer service and people management skills.Technical knowledge and theability to interpret.Reliable and enthusiastic with a solid work ethic able to motivate and support your team of mechanics.Passionate about motorcycles.Motorcycle / Auto Technical experience a must in this role
