We offer Group Fitness, Onsite childminding and fully stocked barbell café and Proshop.What will I be doing?
The role involves Managing a team of energetic staff, reporting on club performance to Owners, and maintaining a World Class facility for our members.
You will represent the Gym in a positive and qualified manner.The key tasks include:Working directly with the executive team to ensure overall success in the businessProvision of exemplary service to members,



including listening and responding to member needs in a skilled and positive mannerManage the day to day running of the clubResponding to EmailsOrdering of retail and food and beverage stockStock controlRostersReception supervisionMaintenanceMember interactionsStaff training/ up skillingMaintaining a clean and welcoming receptionWhat does World Gym Prospect need from me?
A member-focused outlook and a passion for excellent service deliveryPrevious experience in the leisure/recreation industry preferable but not essentialHighly organised and able to prioritise workload accordinglyHigh level of attention to detailProven sales experience and knowledge with drive to meet and exceed KPI'sExperience with point of sale systemsAbility to build and maintain effective working relationships with staff and subcontractors.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated ability to promote the services to membersAdherence to all Work Health and Safety policies, practices, procedures, and legislationHR policy / procedure & recruitment experience preferred but not essentialWhat's in it for me?
