About the role: On behalf of our client, Global Skilled Employment services is currently seeking a Qualified Chef to join a busy kitchen team in a restaurant in the town of Timboon, VIC . You will have versatile availability to work rotating and split shifts across the trading hours including weekends. Previous experience working in a high-volume kitchen environment is essential to your success within this position.
Required Skills and Experience:
AQF Diploma of Hospitality or higher equivalent
At least 3 years recent relevant work experience
Duties includes:
Managing the restaurant's kitchen and stock control,
Introducing specials and preparing for functions,
Designing menu and preparing meals.
Other required skills:
Good verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge in various cuisines is an advantage
