Working alongside a team of General Practitioners, Nurses and administrative support, you will be part of a professional team environment. You will have the flexibility to work a variety of shifts and in a fast-paced team environment. This position is permanent part-time.
The Position
You will be part of a team responsible for, however not limited to, the following:
Immunisations
Assist and support GP's with minor procedures
Management of recall and reminder systems
Supporting GP's in chronic disease management- health assessments and care plans
Stock maintenance and ordering
ECG
Wound management
Infection control & procedures
Maintaining cold chain management system
Triage
The Location
Ocean Grove, VIC
Essential Criteria
To be considered for this exciting opportunity,



applicants must meet the following essential criteria:
MUST HAVE PRACTICE NURSE EXPERIENCE
Immunization Accreditation certification will be highly regarded
Competence in emergency triage will be highly regarded, but not essential
Proficient computer skills - knowledge of Best Practice an advantage
Ability to work both autonomously and within a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated initiative, time-management & flexibility
