Job OverviewAs a Retail Consultant, you will provide frontline support by assisting customers with product selection, service activation, and troubleshooting basic issues.
You will create positive experiences through effective communication and adherence to retail standards, demonstrating foundational autonomy and contributing to customer satisfaction and store performance.ResponsibilitiesDeliver exceptional customer experiences: help customers find the right products and services to suit their needs.Act as a trusted tech expert: stay up-to-date with the latest gadgets and services, offering informed guidance and solutions.Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs using consultative selling skills, while keeping customers connected.Collaborate with your team to create a welcoming environment and support store goals.Salary and BenefitsHourly rate: $* per hour (Junior rates apply for those under 20).
Penalty rates: +25% for weekday hours after 6 PM, +25% Saturday, +100% Sunday, +150% public holidays.12% superannuation.30% discount on Telstra services and partner offers.16 weeks paid parental leave,
