The role oversees training and support for Supported Employees living with disability within Garden/Nursery and Grounds Maintenance teams.You will supervise tasks, coach staff, and ensure safety and quality in a energetic setting.
This position involves outdoor work, manual labour, and travel outside Bendigo as needed.
