We believe the right candidate will have an ability to maintain their composure under pressure and robust administrative and Customer Service skills.Primary ObjectiveCoordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of services required for client management claimsMaintain quality service by establishing and governing Amtec standardsManage and monitor the duration of appointed claims to ensure we are achieving results in meeting and improving our SLA's requirements and claim lifeTroubleshoot problems, advise clients and update colleagues on actions takenPosition ResponsibilitiesPrepare reports by collecting, analysing,



and summarising informationContribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as neededResearch questions using available information resourcesLog all client advice and interactions in the company data baseEffectively manage your day to day activities within the officeManage and maintain relationships with clients and all company stakeholdersEffectively handle queries and complaints via phone, email, and general correspondenceDiagnose and resolve client issues as required and elevate situations requiring urgent attentionOn Call Roster for Emergency Make Protected Claims – Bonus appliesYou will have:Skilled communication skills both verbal and written – must be fluent in speaking and writing EnglishBe able to work in a team while also being able to work autonomouslyAbility to multitask, time-manage and prioritise work prioritiesHigh attention to detailBe available Mon – Fri for an 8 hour shiftPrevious experience in Insurance is desirable, but not essentialExperience in Administration (minimum of 2+ years)Advantages that will be looked on favourably, experience with:Office 365 Suite Software, including: Outlook, Word and ExcelCoordinating and scheduling of staff/trades/contractors for small or large projects with insurance home claimsNote: Candidates must have the right to work in Australia
