Performance Marketing Strategist / Creative Strategist / Technologist
Working with a creative and performance marketing team looking for a senior-level Performance Marketing Strategist / Creative Strategist / Technologist to lead high-impact campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
This is a strategy-first role suited to someone who can move from audience insights and creative briefs through to concept execution, testing, and optimisation in a fast-paced sprint setting.
What You'll Be Doing
Develop platform-native creative concepts across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and display
Translate audience insights into high-performing creative strategies
Produce or direct visual and motion assets using up-to-date creative tools
Analyse campaign performance and iterate creative based on data
What We're Looking For
5+ years' experience in Creative Strategy, Content Strategy or Senior Creative roles
Strong background in agency or performance marketing environments




Experience delivering campaigns within regulated or brand-governed industries such as:
Financial Services
Healthcare
Insurance
Enterprise / Corporate brands
Hands on experience with:
Figma
Adobe Creative Suite
AI creative tools such as Midjourney or Runway
Ideal Background
You're a strategic thinker who understands platform-native content, thrives in fast-moving environments, and can balance creativity with performance outcomes.
Experience outside of eCommerce/DTC is essential.
If you enjoy working autonomously, moving quickly, and building creative that performs within strict brand frameworks, this could be a outstanding fit.
Sydney based - 3 days in CBD office
Salary - Dependant on experience (Ranging from $130,000 up to $180,000 + Super for the right candidate based on experience)
