We're looking for a
Customer Service Officer
to join our team based in
Clayton
.
Reporting to the Service Manager, you'll work as part of a team to deliver reliable, high-quality and proactive service to customers, focusing on coordinating service orders and enquires.
Your responsibilities will include:
Organising quotes and arranging servicing dates with customers;
Scheduling;
Assisting with warm sale leads; and
Liaising and coordinating with Service Technicians;
About You:
You're proactive, organised and flexible;
You have high level customer service skills;
You're an excellent communicator;
Robust attention to detail and accuracy;
Professional and friendly demeanour;




You're able to build strong working relationships; and
You're a outstanding team player.
Your experience:
Customer service experience within a call centre or customer service role, ideally within a trade-based workplace;
You've had experience working in a fast-paced environment and you flourish when the pressure is on; and
Whilst not essential, exposure to the HVAC industry would be highly regarded.
Proficient in using office software, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
