Toymate is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, drive team performance and deliver an exceptional customer experience across our Australian stores.
You will lead, coach and develop team members, maintain visual merchandising standards, manage stock and rostering, and act as role model when needed. The role requires at least 2 years in retail, solid communication, and the ability to thrive in a quick-paced setting, including weekend trading.
