Kummara Limited, an Indigenous organisation serving the South East Queensland community, invites a Family Wellbeing Practitioner to work in partnership with families. The role centers the child, assesses needs, and links families to services with culturally sensitive practice.
You will maintain case loads, work with diverse stakeholders, and contribute to community projects. Qualification in human services and experience in family work are preferred; Blue Card and valid QLD licence required.
