Elevate Outdoor Blinds is a growing Melbourne-based business specialising in the installation of premium outdoor blinds for residential and commercial customers across Melbourne.
We're looking for reliable, motivated and hands‐on people to join our team. We are open to full‐time, part‐time or casual employment for the right applicant.
Whether you already have experience in construction or are looking to learn a trade, this is a fantastic opportunity to build practical skills while working alongside experienced installers.
Location: Berwick, VIC (based in Berwick, with daily travel to customer sites).
What You'll Be Doing
Assist with the installation of premium outdoor blinds at residential and commercial properties.
Install outdoor blinds and associated hardware.
Read and follow measurements, installation plans and work instructions.
Safely use hand and power tools.
Load, transport and unload materials and equipment.
Maintain a clean, organised and safe worksite.
Deliver high‐quality workmanship with strong attention to detail.
Communicate professionally with customers and team members.




Follow Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) requirements.
Learn the trade with the opportunity to progress to an independent installer.
About You
Experience in construction, carpentry, blinds, awnings or a similar trade is an advantage but not essential.
Confident using hand and power tools, or willing to learn.
Reliable, punctual and physically fit.
Comfortable working outdoors and occasionally working at heights.
Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Hold a current Australian driver's licence and have reliable transport to and from our Berwick location.
Eager to learn and develop into an independent installer.
What We Offer
Full‐time, part‐time or casual employment available.
$30‐$38 per hour based on skills and experience, plus superannuation and applicable allowances.
Ongoing training and support from experienced installers.
