Novotel St Kilda is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our leadership team on a part time or full time basis. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of our F&B; outlets, ensuring exceptional guest service, operational excellence and a positive team culture across restaurant, bar, in-room dining and events.
You will lead by example, mentor team members, manage service delivery and support rostering while maintaining RSA compliance and high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
