Currently we have an exciting prospect for aService Advisor, to join our Service Department.
As the first point of contact between the dealership and our customers, yourmain responsibilities will include:
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
Book and coordinate all aspects of vehicle servicing and/or repairs
Setting and obtaining service sales and profit objectives
Skills and Experience:
Robust interpersonal and communication skills
Sound computer skills
Solid technical knowledge / understanding of the automotive industry (desirable)
