Key Responsibilities
Advocacy:Appear in the Magistrates Court for mentions, bail applications, and plea hearings.
Casework:Manage a file load under supervision, ensure all deadlines and compliance requirements are met.
Client Care:Provide transparent, empathetic legal advice to clients from diverse backgrounds, including those in custody.
About you
Admitted to practice.
A genuine interest in criminal law practice.
Robust communication skills with the ability to "think on your feet" in a courtroom.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
