Zagame's House is seeking a energetic Night Manager to take charge of overnight front desk operations at our boutique hotel on Lygon Street in Carlton.
Lead the night team, ensure seamless guest experiences, and balance nightly revenue with expenses, all while maintaining our high service standards.
You will collaborate with Rooms Division, Front Office, Housekeeping and F&B; teams, driving targets and profitability.
RSA and MS Office proficiency are required, with MEWS PMS experience highly valued.
