Head of Unit Rehabilitation Medicine | Bayside Health Peninsula

This is a permanent part-time role (56 hours per fortnight).
As Head of Unit, you will lead a multidisciplinary rehabilitation service across multiple sites (primarily in Frankston and the Mornington Peninsula regions).
You will influence the development of creative and contemporary models of care and drive quality, safety and clinical excellence.
Your role includes mentoring and supporting the next generation of rehabilitation physicians and partnering with senior leaders to shape service growth and planning for Bayside Health.

5 Weeks paid annual leave (pro-rata) if choosing to participate in on-call service.
Rehabilitation Medicine Specialist qualifications FAFRM (RACP)
Experience leading rehabilitation teams and services
A robust commitment to patient-centred, evidence-based care
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
A passion for service development, innovation and clinical leadership.
