This is adaytime production rolein a brand recent facility — no late nights, no weekends, and a consistent schedule.
The Role
You'll be responsible for:
Batch cooking and preparing products to set recipes
Leading a small team of 2 staff on shift
Ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency across production
Printing and following production sheets and recipes
Completing stocktakes and basic reporting
Maintaining a clean, organised, and food-secure workspace
This is not a restaurant role — it's all about consistency, systems, and execution.
Working Hours
4 days per week
Core days:Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
Plusalternating Thursday or Friday
No nights
No weekend work
About You
We're looking for someone who:




Has experience inproduction kitchens, catering, or food manufacturing
Is confident managing or guiding a small team
Follows recipes and processesexactly and consistently
Is organised and comfortable with basic computer tasks (printing, stocktakes)
Takes pride in cleanliness, structure, and efficiency
Is reliable and enjoys a steady, structured work environment
