About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced 2-car freighter driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and effective transportation of driveable vehicles throughout the Melbourne metropolitan area.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate an articulated 2-car freighter.
Transport vehicles between various locations in Melbourne.
Provide excellent customer service during vehicle pick-up and delivery.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle condition.




Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
Proactively identify and resolve potential problems.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following:
Safety and Service Focus:
Highly conscious of the need to work safely and provide quality customer service.
Problem-Solving Skills:
Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.
Communication Skills:
Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English.
Licensing:
Current MR or HR driver's license and a forklift license.
Melbourne Knowledge:
Excellent knowledge of Melbourne's roads.
Ability to Work Under Pressure:
Able to maintain composure and perform effectively under pressure.
Presentation:
Presentable appearance.
Location:
Live in Melbourne (North, West, or CBD area preferred).
Hours of Work:
The standard hours of work are 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with the potential for overtime.
