About the Role
We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Advertising Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and managing advertising campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute advertising strategies aligned with business objectives.
Plan, manage, and optimise advertising campaigns across digital, print, radio, television, outdoor, and social media platforms.
Manage advertising budgets and ensure campaigns deliver a robust return on investment.
Coordinate with creative teams, media agencies, and suppliers to produce high-quality advertising materials.
Monitor campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor activity, and emerging advertising opportunities.
Negotiate advertising placements and maintain relationships with media vendors and partners.




Ensure all advertising complies with relevant legislation, industry standards, and brand guidelines.
Prepare campaign reports and present results to senior management.
Support broader marketing and promotional initiatives as required.
Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in advertising, marketing, or campaign management.
Solid understanding of digital marketing platforms, social media advertising, search engine marketing, and traditional advertising channels.
Experience managing advertising budgets and analysing campaign performance.
Excellent project management and organisational skills.
Robust communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Creative thinking combined with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advertising or marketing analytics platforms.
