We're now looking for experienced and passionateSupervisorsto join our opening Front of House leadership team and help deliver the premium dining experience The Meat & Wine Co is known for.
As a Supervisor, you'll play a key role in leading service, supporting and developing the floor team, and ensuring every guest enjoys exceptional hospitality in a high-volume premium dining environment.
Working closely with the restaurant leadership team, you'll help drive service standards, team culture and smooth day-to-day operations across the venue.

What we're looking for




Minimum1 year experienceas a supervisor in a busy, premium dining restaurant
Strongwine knowledgeand confident upselling/pairing skills
Natural leadership ability with a calm, professional approach
Sound understanding ofmodern award frameworks, compliance, and WHS
A genuinepassion for serviceand an appreciation for quality food and wine
Availability across a rotating7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays
Valid RSA
