Key responsibilities
Organising and storing products in the warehouse using appropriate storage systems and safety procedures
Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
Assisting with stock takes and inventory management to maintain accurate records
Maintaining a clean and protected warehouse environment, adhering to all safety protocols
Providing customer assistance on the retail floor, including product information and checkout services
Processing sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems




Restocking shelves and maintaining product displays to qualified standards
Supporting the team during peak trading periods to ensure excellent service delivery
