Hyatt Place Melbourne Caribbean Park in Scoresby is seeking a Casual - Kitchen Steward to keep our kitchen clean, tidy and effective in a busy hotel setting.
You will operate dishwashers and cleaning equipment, and support chefs with daily duties to ensure smooth service.
This role requires reliability, punctuality and flexibility for a 7-day roster, including AM/PM shifts and public holidays.
Transport is required as the hotel is not accessible by public transport.
