We're excited to be opening a brand-new pharmacy in Doveton and are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Retail Pharmacy Assistants to join our founding team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of something new from day one, helping us create a welcoming, professional and community-focused pharmacy for our local customers.
Available Part Time Rosters
Position 1
Monday: 11:00am – 7:00pm
Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
Saturday: 10:00am – 5:00pm
Position 2
Tuesday: 11:00am – 7:00pm
Wednesday: 3:00pm – 7:00pm
Thursday: 11:00am – 7:00pm
Position 3
Monday: 11:00am – 7:00pm
Sunday: 11:00am – 3:00pm
(All shifts include a 30-minute unpaid meal break where applicable.)
About the Role
As a Retail Pharmacy Assistant, you'll play an important role in creating a positive experience for every customer by providing exceptional service and supporting the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy.
Key responsibilities include:
Assisting customers with enquiries and purchases
Processing sales through the register




Replenishing stock and maintaining displays
Supporting catalogue and promotional activities
Assisting with front-of-shop presentation and merchandising
Working collaboratively with pharmacists and team members
Maintaining a clean, organized and welcoming setting
About You
We're looking for people who:
Have outstanding customer service skills
Enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment
Are reliable, skilled and positive
Have excellent communication skills
Work well as part of a team
Previous pharmacy experience is desirable but not essential
