This medium-sized firm continues to grow and requires a Manager to help with their development. Reporting directly to a Partner and become the trusted point of contact for clients.
The Role:
Ownership of the client experience in your portfolio.
Manage workflow of your team and budgeted hours.
Monitor individuals (4) performance against KPIs.
Assist clients with business plans, budgets and special projects.
Provide technical support to accountants.
Advise on BAS, CGT, FBT and Div 7A matters.
You Have:
About eight years' experience in a local accounting firm with some at manager level.
A positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
Ability to identify tax issues from workpapers.
CA qualified and capable of handling complex compliance matters.
Full understanding of accounting principles and tax legislation.
Skills in Xero, MYOB and Karbon software.
Rapport with clients to build trusted relationships.
Enthusiastic, motivated people management skills.
