A brand new fitness facility is coming soon, and we're building an energetic, passionate team to bring it to life! We're searching for a high performing Club Manager to lead the launch and day-to-day operations of our brand new fitness facility, opening soon.
This is a full time leadership role suited to an experienced Manager who thrives in a quick paced, customer focused environment and is excited to build a strong, successful club from the ground up.

Your Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of the club
Lead, mentor, and inspire the team
Consistently deliver an exceptional member experience
Develop and execute social media and marketing initiatives
Drive membership growth and meet key performance targets
Build robust local partnerships through community engagement




Maintain a safe, clean, and high-quality facility
Ensure full compliance with franchise guidelines and WHS/OHS requirements
What We're Looking For
1+ years experience in a Leadership or management experience
Confident communicator with strong customer service skills
Results-driven and proactive attitude
Passion for fitness and helping others reach their goals
Organised, adaptable, and ready to take ownership
Solid leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire, coach, and motivate a team

Current First Aid & CPR certification
