The Pool Tile Company in Australia's Brisbane Airport precinct is seeking a customer service skilled to join our team.
You'll be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls and emails, processing orders and returns, and providing confident product knowledge to ensure smooth experiences.
This full time role operates Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, based at our Brisbane head office.
A two-year customer-facing track record and robust English communication are essential.
