Endeavour Foundation in Maryborough is seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to assist people with disabilities in SIL homes. Casual or part time hours with a seven-day roster, including mornings, afternoons, overnights and weekends, are available. You will help clients achieve daily living skills and community connection.
The role emphasises empathy, personal care, housekeeping, budgeting, and protected support, within a supportive team focused on individual goals and privacy.
