Key Responsibilities
As a Pool Technician, you will be the face of our company, ensuring our clients' pools are sparkling, safe, and fully operational.
Your duties will include:
Routine Pool Maintenance:Performing weekly pool cleanings, including skimming, vacuuming, brushing, and emptying baskets.
Water Chemistry Management:Testing and expertly balancing pool water chemistry to maintain secure and healthy swimming conditions.
Equipment Troubleshooting & Repair:Diagnosing, repairing, and replacing common pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems, and automatic cleaners.




Record Keeping:Accurately documenting services performed, chemical readings, and any necessary repairs.
Client Communication:Providing skilled and courteous service, answering client questions, and clearly communicating service outcomes or repair recommendations.
Key Requirements
Experience:No prior experience required!

Chemistry Skills:Knowledge of pool water chemistry, testing and protected chemical management.
Technical Proficiency:Strong understanding of proper cleaning and maintenance methods.
