Hutchinson Civil is seeking an experienced Civil Construction Site Manager to lead the delivery of civil infrastructure projects across the Albury/Wodonga region.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving programme, productivity, safety and commercial outcomes on site.

The Role

You will take ownership of day-to-day site operations including:

- Leading all on-site construction activities including labour, plant, materials and subcontractors

- Managing programme to ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget

- Monitoring productivity and cost performance to protect project margins

- Driving safety culture and ensuring compliance with all WHS and environmental requirements

- Working closely with the Construction Manager to manage variations, risks and client expectations

- Mentoring and developing colleages and site teams

- Maintaining accurate site records, reporting and documentation





You will play a critical role in ensuring our projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

About You

- 5+ years’ experience in a Site Manager or Senior Foreman role within civil construction

- Strong experience in subdivisions, bulk earthworks, roadworks, drainage or similar

- Proven ability to manage programme and cost performance

- Confident leading teams and subcontractors on active sites

- Sound understanding of WHS obligations and site compliance

- Strong communication skills with clients, engineers and suppliers

- A practical, solutions-focused mindset
